Eric R. Watson concentrates his practice on defending physicians, healthcare professionals, corporate organizations, and hospitals in complex medical-malpractice and birth trauma claims, as well as other personal injury, general liability, and insurance claims.

He brings valuable experience to the firm in the areas of Patient Safety, Risk Management, and Healthcare Compliance from his time at one of the largest healthcare institutions in Michigan.

Eric obtained his law degree with a Certificate of Concentration in Health Law from the University of Toledo College of Law and received his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. While in law school, he also competed in the Ohio Attorney General’s Public Service Mock Trial Competition.

He has been consistently recognized as a Rising Star in Michigan Super Lawyers since 2023. He is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan Lawyers & Judges Assistance Committee.
